We guarantee our products against defects that may appear under normal conditions of use, within 24 months of dispatch.<\/strong>
As the operating parameters of the beacons can be modified by the user, this warranty does not cover cases where the estimated life expectancy is less than the warranty period.<\/p>\n

To organize a return, you must contact technical support <\/strong> (support@elainnovation.com), who will ask you for a description of the defect(s) in order to carry out the diagnosis necessary to take into account the product’s warranty.<\/p>\n

Once the preliminary diagnosis has been carried out, ELA Innovation support will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form<\/strong>, which must be enclosed with the products to be returned.<\/p>\n

Products must be properly packaged (preferably in the original box). The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper packaging of devices under warranty when returning them to us.<\/p>\n
