En caso de incumplimiento, el equipo debe ajustarse y recalibrarse. Las medidas transmitidas por el sensor que hay que calibrar se comparan con las proporcionadas por un dispositivo de medida patr\u00f3n mantenido en las mismas condiciones de temperatura. Esta comparaci\u00f3n puede hacerse para 1 o varias temperaturas diferentes. Se denominan puntos de calibraci\u00f3n. Es necesario elegir<strong> tantos puntos de calibraci\u00f3n como la temperatura de<\/strong> funcionamiento del sensor.    <\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si s\u00f3lo se utiliza un sensor de temperatura a -10 \u00b0C, bastar\u00e1 con un \u00fanico punto de medici\u00f3n. Sin embargo, si se utiliza un sensor de temperatura a -10\u00b0C y +2\u00b0C, ser\u00e1n necesarios dos puntos.   <\/p>\n<p>Durante la calibraci\u00f3n, el sensor <strong>debe recalibrarse<\/strong> <strong>si la desviaci\u00f3n de los datos <\/strong>entre el sensor y el patr\u00f3n supera la especificaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n.
