Does the driver have to take any action during transport?
No. The ELA Mobile Gateway application runs in the background on his phone. He has nothing to do and can concentrate on his tour.
Is it possible to link several sensors to one piece of equipment?
Yes, to simplify data analysis, you can make this association. To do this, you need to create an “asset” from one of several asset types (isothermal box, cold room, vehicle, other). You can then assign one or more sensors to this asset and indicate the position where it has been installed.
What if there's no network during the driver's tour?
The ELA Mobile Gateway application continuously checks network availability. If the network is unavailable, it logs all data and automatically resends this data as soon as the connection is re-established.
What happens if the driver leaves his post for a few minutes or hours?
BlueCold sensors store historical temperature data. The ELA Mobile Gateway application retrieves all the data as soon as the driver returns to his workstation, ensuring continuity of temperature data.
Can I clean the sensors installed in an isothermal box?
Yes, the sensors are IP69K-certified, meaning they are impervious to cleaning by high-pressure cleaners.
