Can I install the smartphone application with an APK file?
Yes, in the case of a large fleet of vehicles, the drivers’ smartphones may be managed by a dedicated IT department. In this case, we offer our customers the possibility of installing the application via an APK file. Please contact us to find out more about the terms and conditions of this service.
Do I have to restart the application after rebooting my smartphone?
No, if the driver’s phone is restarted, the application is restarted automatically.
Can I integrate the temperature history into my business software via API?
Yes, a single HTTP GET request is all it takes to obtain a sensor’s temperature history over a given period. The response is a timestamped JSON, directly usable in any third-party system (ERP, CMMS, dashboard, etc.).

Can I find out which sensor is associated with which asset?
Yes. A GET request to the Relations API instantly returns the list of sensors attached to an asset (cold room, vehicle, etc.), or conversely the asset containing a given sensor.
This allows a third-party system to automatically reconstruct the complete fleet map (sensor ↔ equipment) without any manual input.
How can I view the battery status of my wireless sensors?
On the BlueCold® platform, the “Sensors” page displays the latest information for each sensor. The battery status of each sensor can be viewed on this page.
Is it possible to supervise installed smartphones and fixed gateways?
Yes, the “Gateway” page provides an overview of all working gateways, whether smartphone applications or fixed gateways. It provides an overview of each gateway’s last communication date and operating status.
Can I change the language of the BlueCold web platform?
