What are the optional services?
In addition to our all-inclusive offer, we offer the following optional services:

– Extended warranty on purchased equipment.

What are the activation fees?
When we deliver sensors or gateways other than the Ela Mobile Gateway smartphone application to the solution user, we apply an activation fee of €5 per product. This service allows our users to have their products immediately visible and activated on their BlueCold account, and a Plug&Play service.
Is it possible to buy equipment rather than rent it?
Yes, we offer our users the option of purchasing the equipment outright.
This formula allows you to fine-tune the scope of the offer with all the à la carte equipment and services. In the case of purchase, only access to the web platform remains payable on a quarterly basis.

What is the warranty period for products delivered?
Products included in rental packages are guaranteed for the duration of the rental contract. In the event of proven defects, they are automatically replaced.
Purchased products are guaranteed for 2 years + 1 optional year.
Is BlueCold® compatible with my ERP?
Yes, the data is accessible via a standardized API. You can easily integrate them into your own or your customer’s digital environment and retrieve temperature data.
Is initial sensor calibration mandatory?
No, it is only strongly recommended if storage or transport is carried out at positive temperatures.
And yes, since January 1, 2010, all temperature recorders installed in negative-temperature zones must comply with standard NF EN 12830, and undergo periodic verification in accordance with standard NF EN 13486.
So, as part of our BlueCold® rental offer, and to avoid users of our products having to carry out a calibration themselves, we deliver all our sensors calibrated by an IS017025-certified laboratory, giving international recognition to this certificate.
